The Multi-Service Centre offers a variety of programs and services. These programs are organized in three broad categories: Adult Basic Literacy, Employment Services for youth and adults and Home Support Services for seniors and the disabled.

The MSC meets the Better Business Bureau Standards for Charitable Solicitations.

Our Home Support programs have been accredited through the Canadian Council on Health Services Accreditation since 2003, receiving re-accreditation status in November, 2007.

    Staff and volunteers work with individuals, families and groups. Emphasis is placed on the values of confidentiality and respect for the individual.

    The Multi-Service Centre was first established with two primary objectives in mind:

    1. To coordinate and make more visible and accessible the services available to residents of the Tillsonburg area.
    2. To work with other service providers and/or community groups in the development of new services that address needs in the area.

The MSC is a local, community based agency, governed by a Board of local citizens. Annual meetings are open to the public.
